Individual Support and Behaviour Change

Teens

I support young people aged 11–18 who are struggling with school, health, or just the weight of growing up. I work particularly with those living with chronic physical health conditions, facing difficulties attending school, adapting to a new diagnosis, or navigating secondary school with ADHD.

I'm happy to work alongside families and school staff to build a joined-up support system around a young person.

Adults

Life doesn't always go to plan and some changes, whether expected or not, can leave us feeling lost, anxious, or uncertain who we are anymore. I support adults through those periods, drawing on coaching and health psychology to help people find their footing again. I have particular experience supporting people through grief, health anxiety, a new or unexpected diagnosis, and the transition to parenthood.
