Supporting individuals and organisations to create meaningful change

A little about me

I’m an experienced coach and trainee health psychologist, supporting adults, young people, and schools to navigate change, strengthen wellbeing, and build psychologically safe environments.

During my 20 years working in education, I valued the meaningful connections formed through supporting both young people and adults. This work led me to develop my coaching and mentoring practice, alongside consultancy work with schools.

In 2022, I began my training in health psychology, completing my MSc in 2023 and I am now in the final year of my Doctorate. My research focuses on adolescents and young adults living with chronic physical health conditions and their transition from paediatric to adult healthcare, which continues to shape and inform my work.

In my practice, I take a bespoke, person-centred approach, drawing on evidence-based psychological frameworks to support meaningful and lasting change.

    Adults

My work with adults is goal oriented. During online or in person sessions, we will identify the changes you want to bring about and then work together to make those a reality.

    Teens

Through online or in person sessions, I work with teens to manage stress, build confidence and develop resilience. I also support those who experience difficulties attending school and/or have a chronic health condition.

    Schools

I work collaboratively with schools to remove barriers to learning, particularly for students with attendance issues, wellbeing concerns and chronic health conditions.
